1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms
Welcome to novamartgeo.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the novamartgeo.com website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Novamartgeo is operated by NOVAMARTGEO, located at Wia West 5 Ticaret Merkezi, GPL, Hatip, Ak Asma Sokak No: 9-G, 59860 Çorlu/Tekirdağ/Turkiye.
2. Nature of the Service (Proxy Purchasing)
Novamartgeo acts solely as an independent third-party purchasing agent (a proxy) bridging international buyers with sellers on Turkiye e-commerce platforms such as. We are not the manufacturer, distributor, or original seller of the products listed on our site. Our responsibilities are strictly limited to:
Providing translation and search functionalities for third-party product listings.
Purchasing the requested items from the original sellers on your behalf.
Receiving, consolidating, and shipping the items internationally to your designated address.
Facilitating communication and after-sales support with the original sellers.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Exchange Rates
All prices displayed on novamartgeo.com include the cost of the item and our service fees, but may not include final international shipping costs, which are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways (such as iyzico, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Because we operate across multiple currencies, final charges may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees applied by your bank or our payment processors.
4. Shipping, Customs, and Import Taxes
Novamartgeo utilizes a network of international carriers for fast delivery. However, delivery times are estimates and depend on the original seller's dispatch time and international logistics. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country's customs agency. Novamartgeo is not liable for items seized or delayed by customs due to import restrictions in your destination country.
5. Returns, Refunds, and After-Sales Support
Because we purchase items on your behalf, our return and refund policies are heavily dependent on the policies of the original sellers on. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Novamartgeo within a specified timeframe. We will communicate with the seller to negotiate a refund, return, or exchange. Novamartgeo does not guarantee that the original seller will accept the return. If a physical return to Turkiye is required, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise negotiated with the seller.
6. Prohibited Items
Users are prohibited from ordering items that violate international shipping regulations, aviation security laws, or the local laws of Georgia, Turkiye, and the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, flammable liquids, explosives, weapons, counterfeit goods, and illegal narcotics. Turkiye reserves the right to cancel any order containing prohibited items.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVAMARTGEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of the items purchased from third-party sellers. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Turkiye for that specific order.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkiye Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkiye.

Prohibited & Restricted Items
You agree not to order or ship items that are prohibited or restricted under our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy, applicable Turkiye export law, destination-country import law, or our carriers' rules. You confirm that all items you order are genuine and legal. We may refuse, hold, return, or cancel and refund (less any costs already incurred) any order that contains, or that we reasonably believe contains, prohibited or restricted goods, and we may share information with carriers and customs authorities as required by law. You are responsible for accurate item descriptions and for any duties, taxes, penalties, or confiscation resulting from prohibited or mis-declared items.
