At Novamartgeo, we partner with a vast network of reliable local and international shipping carriers to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.

Shipping Costs and Estimates

In most cases, your total shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout process. When you place an order, the total amount you pay upfront includes both the cost of the product and the estimated international shipping fee.

Volumetric Weight and Secondary Shipping Payments

Due to the massive variety of products available through our proxy service, it is sometimes impossible to accurately estimate the final shipping cost in advance. This usually happens with items that are unusually large, heavy, or have irregular dimensions.

If an item's actual dimensions or volumetric weight exceed the initial shipping estimate, the following process applies:

    The exact shipping cost will be calculated once the product arrives and is properly sorted and measured at our consolidation warehouse in Turkiye.
    If an additional shipping fee is required to cover the physical size of the package, you will be acknowledged and notified immediately.
    We will provide you with a secure, secondary payment link to finalize the remaining shipping balance.
    Once this additional shipping payment is confirmed, your package will be immediately dispatched to your international destination.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your destination country and the selected shipping carrier. Please note that international delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be subject to customs clearance or local carrier delays.
